During his many years in this field; he has seen Safer Gambling grow from an obscure (and often maligned) facet of the gambling business to the social-imperative it is today. Be in the area of Product Design, Innovation, Customer Interaction & Assistance, Compliance or Training [which he focused-on for over 7 years] Ciaran has worked tirelessly to reduce harm, help people and drive the conversation on Safer Gambling forward. Since leaving the sector; he now works with a number of charities & clients-internationally to Educate, Help and Inform on many aspects of the gambling industry.
